EFFEX — Effortless Experiences provides private luxury concierge services across Switzerland, Italy and the French Riviera. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this document.
All services are provided on a strictly bespoke basis. EFFEX acts as an intermediary and coordinator between clients and third-party suppliers including hotels, restaurants, boat operators and event organisers.
A deposit of 30% of the total agreed amount is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance is due the day before the experience begins.
Accepted payment methods: Swiss Franc (CHF), Euro (EUR), UAE Dirham (AED), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT).
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled experience date will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the experience date may not be eligible for a refund, depending on supplier commitments already made.
EFFEX coordinates services provided by independent third parties and does not assume liability for their acts or omissions. Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate travel and personal insurance.
EFFEX collects only the personal information necessary to coordinate the services requested. All client information is treated with the utmost discretion and will never be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil a booking.
Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. EFFEX complies with applicable Swiss data protection legislation and the EU GDPR where relevant.
